J. Kanani Patricio-Young is a published writer, leadership coach, mentor, business consultant, multipotentialite, and podcaster. She began her leadership journey as a Brigade Executive Officer in Junior ROTC and civil air patrol cadet. Coming from a strong military family, Kanani grew up with a can-do attitude. She grew as a young leader, scaling her first 6-figure business at the age of 25 and eventually made her way towards becoming a leadership coach, and mentorship program developer. She has designed and implemented mentorship programs throughout Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and California, while actively participating in DEI committees across various industries. Some of her greatest life successes has been building and operating over 12 successful small-businesses and teaching others how to generate multiple streams of income thorough their passions and serving others.   With her husband, Brennan Young, they have mentored and coached individuals, couples, students, and small groups ranging from ages 8 - 80.  Together they've developed leadership trainings that can be taught to a variety of individuals at any age in any industry that values inclusive leadership. Their values and foundation of mentorship and coaching, have been influenced by the teachings of world renowned servant leaders like John C. Maxwell, Simon Sinek, and Brene Brown. 
J. Kanani Patricio-Young and her husband Brennan live, work, and podcast in Tri-Cities, Washington. She and Brennan are available to travel for speaking engagements throughout the United States and abroad.
